The idea to digiMin I've got in the moment, I've heard something about geocaching. Geocaching is looking for (from others) hidden treasures, only known with their position.

While searching minerals people looking also for (from nature) hidden minerals, knowing none position, but having often an description or supposition of it's position. Mineral search is saving all about the mineral You found, like:

- position of the location
- state of the location
- plants growing there
- rock and it's genesis
- paragenesis (other familiar minerals at location)
- all important characteristics of the minerals

digiMin should help the user to save the informations direct at the location.
